Tickets purchased for the original fixture are valid for the rearranged match.
Ulster now have three matches in March – Scarlets on 14th March at Ravenhill, Edinburgh at Murrayfield on Friday 21st and Cardiff in the Arms Park on Saturday 29th March, before the Heineken Cup quarter-final against Saracens on 5th April.
The Ulster v Scarlets game on Friday 14th March will be live on BBC 2 Northern Ireland.
