Ulster Women will open their inter-provincial campaign against Leinster at Ravenhill this Saturday (kick off 2.30pm).
The squad has trained very hard both on and off the pitch, with off-pitch sessions taking place at Crossfit Northern Ireland. Ulster Women will open their inter-provincial campaign against Leinster at Ravenhill this Saturday (kick off 2.30pm). The squad has trained very hard both on and off the pitch, with off-pitch sessions taking place at Crossfit Northern Ireland. The coaching team of Benjy van der Byl, Jason Rainey and Brian O'Shaughnessy have worked extremely hard in recent months to get the players into shape for the upcoming for all their inter-pro series. Stacey-lea is captain for the second year, and comes in with a wealth of playing ability and experience. Along with Ulster teammates Ashleigh Baxter, Grace Davitt and Amy Davis, Stacey-lea was part of the Irish Women's 6 Nations Grand Slam winning squad. Ashleigh and Amy are also currently in action for the Irish Women's 7s squad in Dubai. Entry to Ravenhill for Ulster Women v Leinster is £8 for adults and £3 for children. The squad then travel to Clonmell on Sunday 8th December for a fixture versus Munster, before hosting Connacht at Queen's University Playing Fields a week later (Sunday 15th).
