Houston opts for a team with a blend of experienced players and eight debutants in the matchday 23.
Packing down in the front row is Gemma McCamley at loosehead prop, where she is joined by India Daley at Hooker and Sophie Barrett, fresh from her U20 Six Nations Summer series involvement, at tighthead prop.
The second row is covered by Brenda Barr and Ireland international, Fiona Tuite, as lock. It's a first cap for both Moya Hill, starting at blindside flanker, and Christy Hill as openside flanker. Vice-captain and Ireland international, Brittany Hogan, takes her place at number 8.
Captain, Kathryn Dane returns in an Ulster jersey at scrum-half, and Sale Sharks back, Vicky Irwin, joins her in the half-back partnership at fly-half.
The centre partnership sees a new pairing, as Peita McAlister starts at inside centre and Tara O'Neill makes her Senior Women's debut at outside centre.
The back three sees three Senior Women's debutants with Lauren Patterson and Sophie Meeke on the wings, and Lauren Farrell-McCabe starting at full-back.
Houston has selected a 5:3 split amongst the replacements, with Maebh Clenaghan, Bronach Cassidy, Megan Brodie, Cara O'Kane and Stacey Sloan providing forward options and Rachael McIlroy, Paige Smyth and Lucy Thompson ensuring the backs have options.
Ruby Starrett will be travelling to Cork as a team reserve.
