Ulster will welcome home support at Kingspan Stadium on the Saturday 21st September.
Ulster will then face a South African double-header against Emirates Lions and Vodacom Bulls away in Rounds 2 and 3.
Ulster faithful will pencil in dates for Inteprovincial derbies, which are always a highlight of the campaign.
Connacht, will be first up in the Interpro derbies, with Ulster taking the Westerners at Kingspan Stadium in Round 4, on Saturday 12th of October.
Ulster fans will want to mark Friday 29th November in their diaries, as Ulster take on Leinster in Belfast to kick off three league interpro fixtures.
The latest announcement from the URC has confirmed dates and kick-off times for interpro derbies against Munster at home on Friday 20th December and Connacht away on Saturday the 28th December.
In the crunch part of the season, Ulster will finish off the season with three tough matches against Hollywoodbets Sharks at home, Munster away and Edinburgh away to conclude the regular season.

All nine URC regular season home fixtures are included in 2024/25 Season Ticket packages, as well two European pool stage games and the pre-season friendly versus Benetton.
