New Ulster outhalf Billy Burns says that joining the Province was an opportunity that he couldn't turn down.
The 24-year-old, who flew to Belfast on Monday to finalise a two-year deal, had made over 100 senior appearances for Gloucester after graduating from their Academy.
In an exclusive interview with URTV, Burns said:
“When you get interest from a club like Ulster, with he exciting squad that they’ve got and the exciting coaching staff that they’re assembling, it’s an opportunity that I couldn’t turn down. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in with the boys and cracking on with the hard work.”
