European rugby returns this weekend and we welcome Matt Carley and his team of officials from the RFU to the Kingspan Stadium tomorrow for the Ulster v Racing 92 game. The all important 4th and 5th official and timekeeper roles will be undertaken by Chris Busby, Peter Martin and Bill Halliday respectively. Mark Taylor and Billy Allen will referee the mini rugby matches at half time.
