Do you have an amazing club volunteer that deserves recognition?
The Volunteer Ireland Awards shine a light on the remarkable work of volunteers around the country by celebrating them on a national level. Running for the last 6 years, they are a unique opportunity to say 'thank you' to ordinary people doing extraordinary work across the country.
There are 9 categories in the Volunteer Ireland Awards, one of which is Sport and Recreation. If you know someone within your club or school that deserves to be recognised, make sure and put in a nomination for them.
It only takes 2 minutes to fill out a nomination form and it’s completely free.
These awards are open to volunteers across the island of Ireland. Closing date is midnight on Sunday 16th October.
