Volunteer Training Sessions delivered by Volunteer Now

Representatives from clubs across the province have been attending a series of workshops to discuss all things volunteering, from recruitment and selection methods, to retention and reward.

The workshops, attended by representatives from 20 clubs, are supported by funds granted from the Department for Communities (DfC) and Sport NI via the Active Fit & Sporty programme.

Delivered by Volunteer Now, the sessions are designed to assist clubs in improving their volunteer recruitment and retention, and to provide resources, tools and ideas on how they can be better supported and rewarded for their time.

Limited spaces are still available to attend workshops 2 and 3, so if you would like to register please email Matthew.Holmes@ulsterrugby.com as soon as possible to secure a place.
