What's on | Ulster v Glasgow Warriors

The BKT United Rugby Championship returns for the 2024/25 season, with Ulster hosting reigning champions Glasgow Warriors in the opening round at Kingspan Stadium on Saturday evening (kick-off 7.45pm).

Fan Zone

The Ulster Rugby Fan Zone at Kingspan Stadium opens at 5.45pm this Saturday.

As soon as you arrive, look out for our Welcome Team who will greet you with our NEW free Ulster Rugby flags to get you in the spirit. Arrive early, as flags may run out.

Then, head over to the Fan Zone to sample a variety of cuisines while the Cool FM crew sets the tone with their pre-match playlist.

We'll also have an inflatable rugby darts fun game in the Fan Zone, so make sure to give that a go.

Keep an eye out for our mascot, Sparky, who will be out and about the Fan Zone pre-match and in position around the stadium bowl during the game.

Public Bars

All public bars open at 5.45pm, with live music in the Clubhouse Bar from Chris Blades before and after the match.

We have added a new covered outdoor bar in the Fan Zone, bringing the number of stadium bars to six.

Our bar partners will be running an early bird promo offer for £6 pints from 5.45-6.30pm.

The Munster v Connacht game will be broadcast live in all indoor bars from gates open.

Castore Shop

Be sure to check out the new Castore Shop in the Fan Zone, where you can browse the latest training and travel ranges and the 24/25 Home and Away kits.

Passing Challenge

On the Aquinas 3G pitch - which can be accessed via the corner of Grandstand and Family Stand - we will have the Passing Challenge. This fun challenge is open for all ages and abilities to test your passing skills or pick up some tips from Ulster Rugby players and coaches.

Build up to Kick-off

Take your seat or place in the terrace around 15 minutes before kick-off and enjoy the big match build-up with Curtis McCosh from Cool FM.

Half-Time AbbeyAutoline Ball Giveaway

Supporters in the AbbeyAutoline Family Stand - keep an eye out at half-time for an Ulster player alongside Sparky and Abbey the Bee, who will be tossing mini rugby balls into the crowd!

The player will also do a live interview from pitchside.

Half-Time Exhibition Games

At half-time on the pitch, we will have exhibition games from the mini rugby players of Larne, Enniskillen, Ballyclare and Randalstown.

Player Meet and Greet

Around 15 minutes after full-time, members of the Ulster playing squad will be available for selfies and autographs at the players' entrance at the back of the Grandstand.
