Here is a preview of the weekend's female domestic rugby action...
U12s
U12 girls from Armagh, Clogher Valley, Donaghadee, Dungannon, Enniskillen, Larne, Malone and Virginia will be taking part in the Aviva Minis Festival this Saturday at Ballyclare RFC with games starting at 11:15am. It’s great to see the girls only teams taking part in this festival for the first time and hopefully we’ll see even more there next year!
U15s
It’s the first Sunday in the U15 league and Letterkenny host Enniskillen and Virginia travel to Donaghadee.
U18s
The members of the U18 Interpro winning side will step out for their respective Clubs this weekend in the first round of U18 league games. Enniskillen U18s will join their U15s at Letterkenny while the combined Clogher Valley/Armagh side will host Virginia. Malone welcome Monaghan to Gibson Park.
Adult Development
Belfast Harlequins make the short journey to Lisburn. The Omagh fixture against Randalstown has been rescheduled to October 21st.
Ulster Women’s Championship
Malone Ladies will be hoping to make a mends after their defeat to Cavan when they take on City of Derry in Belfast. Enniskillen travel to Ballymacarn Park to face Ballynahinch.
AIL
Cooke have a long journey to Cork. 5th place Cooke will be hoping for the win against Highfield who currently sit at the bottom of the pile but Highfield away is never going to be easy.
