The IRFU along with their community rugby partner, Ulster Bank, are delighted to announce that Your Club Your Country, the IRFU Grand Draw fund raising initiative will run again this season for its 7th time.
Last year, with the support of our valued sponsors and partners, over €;628,000 was raised by rugby clubs across Ireland, while over 3 million euro has been raised for the club game since the Grand Draw was introduced in 2011.
All of the prizes are provided by the IRFU and their family of partners, leaving your club free to sell up to a maximum of 1600 IRFU Grand Draw Tickets and retain 100% of the amount from those sales to support your activities during the season.
TO BECOME A PARTICIPATING CLUB:
• Complete this REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPATION FORM and return to Lesley McGaughey, IRFU (Ulster Branch) 134 Mount Merrion Avenue, Belfast, BT6 0FT, before FRIDAY 15th SEPTEMBER 2017.
• By completing and submitting the form you are agreeing in full to the terms and conditions of the draw (see below).
• Upon receipt of the form, each club will then be able to collect their Competition pack as below. This includes 1,600 tickets with a value of £5 per ticket, a completion form and promotional posters.
• Competition packs will be available from FRIDAY 22nd SEPTEMBER 2017. To arrange collection please contact Lesley McGaughey. Telephone 02890493111 (ext 224) or email lesley.mcgaughey@ulsterrugby.com.
• All sold ticket counterfoils and unsold tickets must be returned before 5pm on Wednesday, 29th November 2017 in order to be included in the 'Your Club Your Country' IRFU Competition 2017. The completion form must accompany all returned tickets. Return postal address as per above.
• The draw will take place on Monday 11th December 2017.
