Ulster Rugby can confirm two open training sessions at Banbridge RFC and Coleraine Grammar School, as the Senior Men's side ramp up preparations ahead of the new season.
This Friday 28th August, Ulster's Senior Men's side will hold an open training session at Rifle Park, home of Banbridge RFC.
The session will run from 3pm-5pm, and supporters will have the chance to watch the team train before meeting players afterwards for pictures and autographs.
There will also be a session next week at Coleraine Grammar School on Wednesday 2nd September from 2.30pm.
Both sessions are free to the public and parking is available on a limited basis.
Richie Murphy's team are gearing up for their first two pre-season fixtures, with an away trip to Edinburgh on Friday 4th September and a home match against Ospreys on Friday 11th September.
