Under 19's Team Named For Munster game

The Ulster Rugby Under 19 side are back on the road again this weekend as they continue their PwC Interprovincial Championship campaign with a trip to Cork to play Munster. Kick-off 5.30pm. 

Ricky Andrew’s side opened their season last week against Leinster in a thrilling encounter. But luck wasn’t to be their friend as they fell to defeat despite a spirted performance. 

Belfast Royal Academy’s Jayden Irwin continues as captain from openside, and he is supported by Cian McClean at number 8 as vice-captain.

Campbell College’s Theo Scott makes up the back row. 

Under 19 try

Elias Agbonkpolar continues at loosehead with Noah Carson coming at tighthead and Charlie Reaney starting at hooker, with Charlie Best and Archie Graham starting in the second row. 

James Wells gets the nod at scrum half with Ollie Worth coming in at fly-half. 

Down High School’s Josh McCaughey teams up with Royal School Armagh’s Ryan Hamilton, with Jack Coulter, Aaron Lowey and Iassc Hatch.

On the bench, there are places for Josh McColgan, Joe Irwin and Jonah Wholly as well as Sullivan Upper’s Jacob McKeown and Austin Adair of Ballyclare High School.

Adam Millar and Alfie Clarke complete the replacements.
