Last year's winners, Instonians, kick off their campaign at home against this year's Ulster Premiership winners, City of Armagh. Instonians clinched last season's Senior Cup title after a thrilling game against Queen's, which resulted in 36-26 after extra time.

Dungannon will play the winners of Ulster Premiership Division 2 on Saturday 4 January 2025.
Enniskillen are the current holders of the Bank of Ireland Towns Cup, having beaten Ballymena 2XV in last season's final at Kingspan Stadium.
