The boys from Bangor got off to a fantastic front footed start, scoring with under two minutes on the clock. After strong carrying in the Enniskillen 22, fly-half, Ryan Gowdy, pulled into a pocket of space and delivered an inch perfect cross-field kick out wide to Noah Lack, who caught it perfect and finished to open the scoring.
Enniskillen replied soon after the restart, after being awarded a penalty for an infringement around the ruck. Scrum-half, Sam Paton, opted to kick for goal and his well taken shot put three points on the board for Enniskillen.
Enniskillen would go on to have some encouraging attacks, however Bangor's physicality in defence was strong at keeping the Fermanagh boys at bay.
Bangor were doing well to disrupt Enniskillen's set piece around the lineout, making a steal 18 minutes in and getting the ball out wide to Cal Banyard before he was tackled into touch.
In the lineout afterwards, the Bangor team were at it again, turning the ball over in the lineout jump through lock Luke McKenzie.
The ball was kept alive and worked towards lock, Charlie Foster Barr, who made vital metres into the 22 and was tackled just short of the posts. From there, the backs moved it through the hands into Bruce McClure, who slid through for their second try.
A fine reward for their forwards causing havoc around the Enniskillen lineout.
Enniskillen piled forward seeking a reply and gained good territory in the Bangor 22. After a scrum on the 5m line, a dominant tackle from Bangor loosehead, Rory Mooney, forced the ball carrier to knock on.
Enniskillen probed and tried to move the ball around at pace, but they were met with a massive defensive effort from Bangor, who with the boot of Gowdy were able to keep them at bay going into HT.
HT: 3-10
The opening 15 minutes of the second half saw Enniskillen dominate the ball and territory but they were unable to break through Bangor's rearguard defensive efforts, which remained strong throughout the second period.
Bangor would soak up the pressure and then land another devastating blow through Albie Scott in the 54th minute.
After a penalty in the Enniskillen 22, fly-half Ryan Gowdy found the advancing Scott in space, and the energetic flanker did well to finish under pressure.
Gowdy's intelligent kick game was a major strength in Bangor's attack, and his clever kick- through led to Bangor's fourth try of the final.
Following the grubber into the Enniskillen backfield, Callan Kelly gathered under pressure from Bangor attackers and the full-back tried to kick clear.
However, his kick while falling was straight into the hands of Bangor full-back, Bruce McClure, who ran it in for a simple finish and his second score of the final.
From there, Bangor were able to see out the comfortable lead and kept their defensive efforts up until the very last play, with George Patterson making a strong tackle on flanker Josh Ovens into touch before the referee blew for the final whistle.
A well deserved Bowl victory for Bangor Grammar School, who were decisive and clinical in their attack play, while their defensive work rate and accuracy kept Enniskillen from scoring a try.
