Managing Tickets
Ulster Rugby Ticket Account Manager
Your Ulster Rugby Ticket Account Manager can be accessed at am.ticketmaster.com/ulster.
Within Account Manager, you can:
- Keep your account details up-to-date
- Purchase memberships or Season Tickets when available
- Access your digital mobile entry ticket
- Print your match tickets at home
- Transfer tickets to another person
- Access tickets for Ulster Rugby away matches and special member events
Tips for Signing In:
We suggest using a browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox. The site is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
Your username is the email address registered to your Season Ticket.
If you do not know your password, select 'Forgot my password'. If you do not receive a link to reset your password, check your junk or spam folder on your email.
Password must include: minimum of 6 characters, minimum of 1 number, no special characters or symbols.
If you are unsure of your username or still having issues, contact tickets@ulsterrugby.com quoting your Account ID.

How to transfer your Season Ticket to a family member or friend
- Log into your Ulster Rugby Account Manager (am.ticketmaster.com/ulster)
- Select ‘Season Tickets > My Tickets’ from the menu bar
- Select your chosen fixture to view the tickets you wish to transfer
- Click on the ‘transfer’ option
- Select ticket(s) to transfer
- Type in recipient contact details and select ‘transfer’ to complete
Step-by-step guide to printing your Season Ticket at home
- Log into your Ulster Rugby Account Manager (am.ticketmaster.com/ulster) on a desktop or laptop device
- Select ‘Season Tickets > My Tickets’ from the menu bar
- Select the individual match tickets that you wish to print
- On the next page, click on the ‘print’ option
- Select the tickets you wish to print and hit ‘continue’
- Then select ‘print’ to complete, before following the printing instructions
Step-by-step guide to adding your Season Ticket to your Apple Wallet
On your smartphone, log in to your Ulster Rugby Account Manager (am.ticketmaster.com/ulster)
- Select ‘Season Tickets > My Tickets’ from the menu bar
- ‘Select event’ to view ticket(s)
- Select ticket(s) to add to digital wallet
- Select ‘Save to phone’
Once tickets are added to your phone’s digital wallet, you can just tap and go to get through the turnstiles. Tap and go is available with Apple Wallet.
