Ulster hope to bounce back from defeat against Benetton in Round 11, after a competitive first half that saw the province take the lead at HT, the Italians took control of the contest and punished Ulster with a clinical second-half display.

Scarlets lost their most recent URC match against Munster, however Dwayne Peel's side have had a positive season and find themselves within the top eight of the URC table.
With the table being very tightly bunched, Ulster know they need to get vital points on the board to push for the play-off places.
Scarlets rank highly in the URC for their defensive efforts, leading the league for turnovers this season. (82)
The Welsh side also rank fourth for tackles made in the URC this campaign. Up front, the Scarlets have success at scrum time, having won 72 scrums this season with a 96% success record.

The last time Scarlets came to Belfast, the Ulstermen came out on top in the URC after two late tries secured the home bonus-point victory.
The sides were level at 15-15 having scored two tries apiece after an hour played.
Prop Gareth Milasinovich and wing, Craig Gilroy, then crossed to give Ulster the win.
Angus Curtis and Sam Carter were also on the scoresheet for Ulster, with fly-half, Billy Burns, putting in a player of the match performance on the night.
