Ulster's Senior Men return to training this week, after a break for those who were not called up for international duty. After a tough run of results in the run-up to Christmas and into the New Year, Ulster went into the break on a high, after a thumping 35-5 win at Kingspan Stadium against the DHL Stormers.
Beating the South African side was the perfect tonic, after narrow defeats in the URC had led to some frustration after a great start to the league campaign.
Ulster's next opponents, Glasgow Warriors, sit fifth in the table and will be looking to close the gap in the table or even overtake Ulster into third position.
A win for Ulster could see the province narrow the gap to DHL Stormers, who sit seven points ahead in second position after their 19-46 win against Cell C Sharks.
Who do we play next?
Ulster's next three games are all away fixtures, followed by a final three home games to finish the league season off.

Cardiff v Ulster, Sat 4 March, 19.35
Ulster v Vodacom Bulls, Sat 25 March, 19.35

How it stands
Ulster sit in third place in the URC after 12 matches played. The province have won 8 games and lost 4.
Knock-out stage target
With Ulster sitting in third position, with six games left, it gives the province a great opportunity to secure a home quarter-final in the knock-out stages of the URC.
The eight clubs that are in the positions first place to eighth place in the league table after 18 matches will qualify for the Final Series Stage.
The Final Series Stage will be divided into quarter-finals, semi-finals, and a Final Match.
Who could Ulster face?
For now it's too early to know with six games remaining, however Ulster's final position will be vital.
The URC rules for quarter finals show us potential matchups depending on final positions. The top four teams will all play at home.
QF1 : 1st v 8th
QF2: 2nd v 7th
QF3: 3rd v 6th
QF4: 4th v 5th
The winners of the quarter-final matches will proceed to the semi-finals.
The highest ranked club in the final league table will play at home unless Pro Rugby Championship determines otherwise.
They would be drawn as follows:
SF1: Winner of QF1 v Winner of QF4
SF2: Winner of QF2 v Winner of QF3
The two winners would then progress to the final which will be played at a venue designated by the Pro Rugby Championship.
