Ulster's captain, Iain Henderson, has been a key player for his province and Ireland for well over a decade.
An intelligent forward player who excels around the lineout, Iain has been a mainstay after breaking into the senior Ulster side back in 2012 as an Academy player.
A talented school player with Belfast Royal Academy, Iain came through the Ulster pathway and played for Ireland's age-grade sides.
The captain has 86 caps for Ireland, and has been a part of five Six Nations Championship winning squads and has been to three Rugby World Cups.
He has also been a British & Irish Lions tourist in 2017 and 2021, captaining the Lions against the Sharks.
Respected across the game and a leader in the squad, Iain Henderson continues to be an important player for his province and a big figure for young players.
