Biography
Charlie Irvine progresses as a senior squad member following his season as a Development player.
The second row enjoyed a breakthrough season in the senior side, playing 15 matches in 2025-26.
A towering presence at six feet eight inches, Irvine is a dominant player around the lineout and continues to improve around the park.
A former Ireland U20s player, Irvine started playing rugby at Lisburn RFC and played for Wallace High School before he joined the Ulster Rugby Academy.
The lock made his senior debut for the province against Vodacom Bulls in 2024.
Irvine was called up to the Ireland XV side in February 2026 against England 'A', marking his potential for the future.
