Biography
The 30-year-old loosehead prop joined the Ulster Rugby Academy back in 2017, before making his senior debut against URC side Scarlets in September 2018.
A mobile prop with good ball-carrying ability, he has proven to be a dependable member of the Ulster Senior Men's side.
Eric has been capped once by Ireland and brings a wealth of experience to the Ulster front row, having made over 135 appearances for his province.
