Biography
Keynan Knox is a powerful South African tighthead prop who joined Ulster Rugby on a two-year deal ahead of the 2026/27 season.
A strong scrummager and physical ball-carrier, he adds experience and depth to Ulster’s front row options.
The 27-year-old has Irish rugby experience from his time with Munster, where he spent more than six seasons and made 33 senior appearances, including during their 2022/23 URC title-winning campaign.
Knox began his rugby journey in KwaZulu-Natal before moving to Ireland at 18 to join the Munster Academy.
After leaving Munster, he gained further experience in French rugby with CS Bourgoin-Jallieu and USON Nevers in the Pro D2.
